A new chapter for our agency.
For more than 30 years, it has been my privilege to serve this community. When it came time to think about the future of the agency, finding the right partner was one of the most important decisions I have ever made.
Today, I'm excited to share that M.K. Sullivan Insurance Agency is joining forces with Agent Vista — a partner who shares our belief that insurance is still a relationship business. This is not a goodbye. It's the beginning of a new chapter.
The team you know, the office at 30 Grove Street, and the culture that has defined M.K. Sullivan for more than three decades all remain. Thank you for the trust you've placed in us.

Will my policy, coverage, or insurance company change?
No. Your existing policies, your coverage, and the carriers behind them all stay the same.
Do I need to sign anything or take any action?
No. This change happens entirely on our end.
Why does my renewal say "Agent Vista DBA M.K. Sullivan"?
Because Agent Vista is now the parent company. "M.K. Sullivan" continues as our trade name (the "doing business as" name). Same agency, same people, just reflecting the new ownership on official documents.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Protecting your information is something we take seriously. Agent Vista is built with strong privacy and data-security practices in place. Your information continues to be handled with care.
